Main motor driven by vector inverter, 150% overload for 60s, 180% overload for 3s, Lubrication interlock protection: main machine cannot run without lubrication pump, Sealed electrical cabinet, Local operation box equipped with start/stop, inching, emergency‑stop and speed display, Hydraulic brake for rapid emergency shutdown, All low‑voltage components with 3C certification.

Supply Scope

Machine frame, base, 3‑piece roller group, 4 sets roll gap adjuster, reducer, main motor, couplings, temperature‑control pipeline, thin‑oil lubrication device, electrical control system. Cables inside operation box & cabinet and pipelines within rotary joints are supplied by Seller, other cables and pipelines shall be supplied by Buyer.
