X(S)M‑110L Tilting‑Type Internal Mixer

General Structure Requirements

Base: Fabricated of welded steel plates with machining.

Mixing Chamber: Q355B low-alloy high-strength steel, welded and quenched & tempered. The material-contact surface is overlay-welded with wear-resistant hard alloy （HRC 60–62）, fully polished and externally hard-chrome plated. Equipped with a water jacket for water cooling and steam heating.

Rotor Shaft: Forged Cr-Mo alloy steel with quenching and tempering.

Rotor Flights: Investment-cast Cr-Mo alloy steel, welded with E506 electrodes, overlay-welded with wear-resistant alloy, ground and polished, and hard-chrome plated. Internal cooling-water passages are provided.

Columns: Welded A3 steel plates.

Leak-Proof Device: Mechanical shaft-seal compression at both rotor ends and plate-type compression seals for the pressure ram. Quick-replaceable seals are provided.

Pneumatic Cylinder: Special-made cylinder with adjustable speed and pressure.

Pressure Ram: Made of No. 45 cast steel and welded steel plates, with uniform M-type clearance and an internal S-shaped flow channel. Quenched and tempered, then hard-chrome plated. Features a bilateral leak-proof structure with high-molecular resin-fiber sealing strips.

Tilting Assembly: Hydraulic cylinders for chamber tilting and material discharge. Working tilting angle: 110°; maximum tilting angle: 140°.

Electrical Control Performance

PLC: Omron.

Electrical components: CHINT.

Complete electrical control cabinet supplied to realize full‑machine operation control

Supply Scope

Machine frame, mixing chamber, gear reducer, motor, electrical control cabinet and hydraulic system. Piping and cables for machine body are supplied by Seller, other cables and pipelines shall be supplied by Buyer.
