Technical Requirements for Complete Machine Structure

1. Overall frame dimension: 1280×1280×2390mm.

2. Main oil cylinder stroke: 100×1500mm; side oil cylinder stroke: 50×400mm.

3. The frame adopts No.14 channel steel, with steel plates and welded frame reinforced for load‑bearing.

Hydraulic System

Power unit: Hydraulic station mounted on machine top (including motor, oil pump, oil tank and valve manifold). Standard power supply: 380V.

Electrical Control System

Control modes: manual, inching, upward, downward and independent emergency stop for commissioning and maintenance.

Safety Electrical Requirements

1. Main circuit: 380V; control circuit: DC24V low‑voltage safe control, equipped with overload, phase‑loss and earth‑leakage protection.

2. Operation panel configuration: press‑down button, lift‑up button, power indicator light and red mushroom‑head main emergency‑stop button.

3. Wiring: Cables in hydraulic area shall be oil‑resistant and pipe‑sheathed, kept away from high‑temperature oil pipes.

Key Process Indicators

1. Compression force: 3 tons.

2. Quantity of stackable tires per cycle: 8‑20 pcs.

3. Bale shape: nearly cylindrical bale.

4. Single bale weight: 50‑300kg.

5. Baling method: manual strapping with packing belts.

Safety Technical Requirements

1. Mechanical protection: If the pressing working area has no closed guard, a hazardous working zone must be marked. It is strictly forbidden for personnel to reach in for loading or unloading materials during the press‑down stroke.

2. Emergency‑stop buttons are installed at easily‑accessible positions on operation panel and machine side, realizing one‑click pressure relief and shutdown in emergency.
