Inner Tube Cooling Line
This inner tube cooling line is used in conjunction with the inner tube extrusion process. After high-temperature extrusion, the tire strips are continuously conveyed through water tank immersion cooling, water extraction, and strong air drying, quickly stabilizing the tire dimensions and eliminating defects such as heat shrinkage, bulging, and adhesion. It can be connected to powder coating and fixed-length cutting stations to form a complete automated semi-finished product production line. The line length and conveyor speed can be customized as needed, suitable for mass production of butyl inner tubes for bicycles, electric vehicles, and motorcycles.
