Inner tube cooling line

It is mainly used for the production of inner tubes with valve stems fitted with rubber gaskets, and also applicable to the production of motorcycle inner tubes.

This production line is mainly equipped with cooling, shrinking and air-drying units, sensor fixed-length cutting device, automatic punching and valve sticking device, inner and outer releasing agent powder spraying device for tube blanks, as well as tube blank collecting equipment, forming a fully automated complete set of inner tube production process.
