Outer Tire Tread Cooling Line
The tire tread cooling line is used in conjunction with an extruder. Freshly extruded, high-temperature tread semi-finished products are continuously cooled and transported via integrated water cooling and air knife drying, rapidly shaping and stabilizing the tread's dimensions and shape. This prevents heat shrinkage, deformation, and adhesion, ensuring the precision of subsequent bonding and vulcanization processes. The entire line length and conveyor speed can be customized to meet specific needs, making it suitable for continuous production of two-wheeled vehicle tire treads.
Core Advantages:
1. Water cooling + strong air drying combination cooling ensures uniform temperature reduction, effectively preventing tread thermal deformation and improving the dimensional consistency of semi-finished products.
2. Continuous production line conveyor, directly connectable to extruders, eliminating the need for manual handling throughout the process, suitable for uninterrupted mass production.
3. Equipped with dewatering and air knife dewatering structures, preventing water accumulation on the tread and eliminating storage adhesion and uneven powder spraying issues.
4. Variable frequency speed control, adaptable to different extrusion speeds, ensuring smooth conveyor belt transport, preventing tread deviation and stretching.
5. Stainless steel water tank, corrosion-resistant and easy to clean, water circulation design saves water and reduces operating costs.
6. Customizable line specifications, adjustable to fit various tire production lines based on workshop space and tread width.
